I just picked up my new ID Buzz and I am in love it’s simply amazing and the staff made sure I knew how to use it and helped me hook up all the features to my phone. But I cannot leave a review without telling you how amazing my sales person Alejandro was. The man drove all night from Vegas just to meet me today and that is the most amazing salesperson I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I have purchased many cars in my days, but I haven’t experienced the smoothness quite like VW/Audi Bozeman. They really made such an impact, not sure I could find that again, anywhere else! Things that stood out to me was the research behind each vehicle I was shown. They really put time and efforts to find the best match for me. Our salesman, Kieran, knew his cars. He gave us great explanations of selections and helped us narrow down the PERFECT car for us. He knew our kids would even like a small detail of lights on the front. It was impeccable service. He even went as far as showing the kids “cool cars” while I worked with the finance manager. Speaking of finance manager, Shelby was amazing, she detailed out the warranty and was so thorough with those details. We purchased a great extended warranty and it was all done with ease. Next was the trade of my car, I got an impeccable trade value and I have gone to great lengths to research my car value. They gave me far above what I deserve. The service manager even came out and thanked me for my service with a handshake! Last but not least they have a wonderful, Knowledgeable gentleman who went over all the car details with us before we left. They got our app installed and even set up Apple play, pairing our phones so we don’t have to do it later. Oh and I forgot an amazing detail that blew me away, while I was finishing my paperwork, our salesman, without even being asked, went out and put gas in my car, something that I was not expecting, but an added treat! Exceptional service! We will be back for more cars!

Kieran was absolutely amazing, the way he went above and behind for me, is priceless. Making sure I was comfortable, with test driving, to all the way around with paperwork, and to picking up the jeep, he had my jeep running and ready with the warmth of the heater, butt warmed and heated steering wheel on, waiting for me to drive away in it, cleaned off the snow. He directed me to the exact car I was looking for, answered all the questions I had, and showed me a lot of neat features on the car.
