Outstanding work. We have a high mileage VW Jetta 2010 Diesel... the staff here have done fuel injectors and a timing chain with no issues. The rates are pretty competitive. The technicians and expertise of the service department is fantastic. We drive our vehicle from Idaho to come see the experts here in Bozeman. I'm impressed with Nolan and the department here. The quality, the time, and the service is bar none some of the best around. Thank you so much VW Bozeman service department you make driving safe and enjoyable.
Very effective and fast. Tahir helped me get my BMW ride smoothly easy paperwork. I would say they had the wrong tires on but I mean they were winter tires... Overall experience was good. Strongly recommend them for your next car.
Logan, Brian and Miles were all very willing to be helpful and accommodating in making the transaction work out great for both myself and the dealer. I feel they were fair and I look forward to doing business with Bozeman Volkswagen/Audi again in the future because of them. Also, VWs and Audis are basically bad-ass and fun to drive, so there's not much not to like.

Best Place to buy and service your VW in the state of Montana!
Had a 9AM appointment for an oil/filter change, fuel filter change and tire rotation. Was told that it would not be done before 1PM. I protested saying I had an appointment for routine maintenance items. The finally agreed to have it ready by 11AM. It was ready by 1030AM. Total cost was $340+, which is almost double what these services cost at my VW dealer at home. I will not return to VW Bozeman.
Cailin was great to work with. There was some miscommunication when I scheduled the appointment probably on my side about the time frame, but she was super awesome offered me a ride ect. Got me out faster than expected. I wouldn't improve anything with my service experience Cailin was perfect.

Great service
Geran swiftly sent me photos of the vehicle undercarriage to show no rust. He pointed out the vehicle had numerous minor scratches on the paint which prevented the previous sale. He picked me up at the airport, drove me to my bank and then to dealership. After seeing the scratches were minor, I bought the car and drove it away. The price was right. The service was commendable. I would buy from them again. 90% of the scratches were removed with rubbing compound and the vehicle looks great.
From Geran's immediate greeting on our first arrival through repeated questions about models and options and helpful guidance and responses about licensing and even overnight transmission of documents to Livingston DMV by Austin and further help from Brian I cannot imagine what more could have been done to make our purchase experience more successful and enjoyable.

They were unable to determine the cause of the gas fume odor in the vehicle.
We were on a road trip from Washington to Wisconsin for Christmas, and an alert showed up on my Audi Q5 “drive system malfunction”. We had to limp from Butte to Bozeman with my car. Called the Audi dealership an hour before they closed, they scheduled us for the first appointment the following morning. We took it in, and an hour later they had fixed the issue (which was caused by Audi Spokane Valley!) Thank you so much Audi Bozeman!!

I called to inquire about a Cross Sport and happened to get Geran on the phone. His professionalism was instantly notable. If he didn't have an answer, he quickly got the answer. In the end management was not able to match another dealership but Gerans great customer service still made it a positive experience, one that had me wishing it could've worked out. If I would have been local, I would have gone through them simply for the service. If the rest of the staff is this good, the locals are very lucky.
