Dealership needs a better system for reviewing and signing documents. Reviewing details documents via a cellphone is not optimal. Other dealerships have the the desk screen which in my opinion is much better for those that actually want to read what they are signing

So grateful for the help from Volkswagen Bozeman. I was about to leave for a road trip when several warning lights popped up the day before. Knowing I had to leave, they squeezed me in which I really appreciated. I dropped it off the next morning, and it turned out to be rodent damage. They had it fixed and ready for pickup that same afternoon!!

Kieran was absolutely amazing, the way he went above and behind for me, is priceless. Making sure I was comfortable, with test driving, to all the way around with paperwork, and to picking up the jeep, he had my jeep running and ready with the warmth of the heater, butt warmed and heated steering wheel on, waiting for me to drive away in it, cleaned off the snow. Xander provided a great buying experience. He not only knows the specs but the mechanics of the vehicle. Purchased the Rivian R1S and he made it exceptionally easy for us. He went extra to ensure the registration and title are taken care of which is typically not the sales persons job. Would highly recommend talking to him first.

Working with Devon in Sales and Josie in service has been truly a unique and wonderful experience. From buying a car with Devon with a no pressure sales method and then getting a personal introduction to Josie for anything that I could need in the future left me feeling that much more confident in my purchase.

I made appointment a week in advance. I arrived on time at 9 am and was treated very well by staff (Tina). They shuttled me into downtown and told me probably about 1 pm for the work to be done. They texted me a video while doing car inspection then texted me an hour early at noon, to say my car was finished. A quick text back for a shuttle ride and Danny was quickly there to pick me up. I was quickly and pleasantly taken care of.
Thank you for fixing a mess another dealership made. Huge shout out to Mechanic Dan and Tina for excellent service and peace of mind!

Oh man I am so impressed with VW Audi Bozeman! They fixed every single concern I had plus some on my 24 VW Atlas with the technology package! They gave me an amazing loaner car while they fixed mine and even washed mine before giving it back.
